GoDesk provides a cloud contact center platform that includes voice calling, SMS messaging, WhatsApp integration, CRM connectivity, campaign management, and reporting tools. Services are provided on a subscription basis.
3. Account Registration
To use GoDesk, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Subscription and Payment
GoDesk is offered on a subscription basis. You agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page
- Provide valid payment information
- Accept that subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- Understand that refunds are provided at our discretion
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use GoDesk for:
- Any illegal purpose or violation of applicable laws
- Spam, unsolicited communications, or harassment
- Fraudulent or deceptive practices
- Interference with other users' access to the service
- Attempting to breach security measures
6. Call Recording Compliance
You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding call recording, including obtaining necessary consent from parties before recording calls. GoDesk provides the technical capability but compliance is your responsibility.
7. Data and Content
You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to GoDesk. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process it solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that requires temporary service interruption with advance notice where possible.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoDesk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to GoDesk at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
